Texas Tech -7 @UTEP

Another great game. I wouldn't be at all surprised to see UTEP keep this one close and/or even pull off the upset. However, Tech covers more spreads than any other team in the Big 12, so it's hard for me to pick against them. Should be a fun one to watch.
